As you assemble the frame, you may find that it may seem as if one or two of the corners are not properly aligned. However, this is completely normal and common with frames that have bold patterns to them. This is due to the repeat in the pattern and the width of the ornate pattern.
The good news though is you won't notice it at all if you just stand back a few feet and view the full frame all at once rather than closely inspecting the actual corner.
