Our goal is to ship our products as quickly as possible to you. To make this possible we maintain a robust inventory of all frame styles so we can fill orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed for all in-stock items. Standard delivery is via UPS ground for domestic and DHL Worldwide for international orders. When your order ships, you'll receive an automated shipping notification from our website with the tracking details.
If an item is out of stock, we can typically make the item on demand within 1-2 business days as long as we have the moulding in stock. If the item is not readily available, it will be listed as "backordered" or "pre-order" near the add-to-cart button with an estimated ship date so you can be confident knowing when your order will ship.
We are proud to partner with world class shipping carriers such as UPS, US Postal Service & DHL. We has chosen these partners largely due to the reliability of the services they provide globally. Our products ship from Methuen, Massachusetts and ground transit times will vary from 1 - 6 business days depending on the distance from the Northeast.
Please do keep in mind that ground transit and international transit times can vary beyond our control once the shipment is handed off to the carrier. We cannot make any guarantees regarding transit times and ask that you plan accordingly and select the correct shipping service level to meet your needs. If you have a firm deadline approaching, we suggest choosing one of our expedite shipping methods at checkout and your order will move to the front of the line to be prioritized to ship from Methuen, Massachusetts within 1 business day.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout prior to entering your payment information so you know exactly what to expect. Occasionally we will run shipping promotions for select items or based on order totals, however this will vary throughout the seasons of the year.
International shipping will also be calculated at checkout and would include duties & customs within the cost of shipping shown at checkout.
